    Pathways to Middle Skill Jobs

    This meeting meets to discuss in-demand careers and post-secondary trainings available to clients in the greater Austin area. Pathways to Middle Skill Jobs will give you a snapshot of middle skill jobs in Austin with real-time labor market data, as well as information on local training providers who are recruiting for these middle skill career pathways and how to connect your clients to these trainings. Each month will have an industry theme with a training provider who will share information about their referral process to upcoming classes. This meeting is intended to be engaging and is best for case managers, CTE staff, career advisors, job coaches, advisors, and anyone who helps clients connect to middle skill jobs or career training.

This webinar is intended for case managers, job coaches, job seekers, youth, and anyone looking for work in Central Texas.

    Second Chance Workforce Webinar

    WFS and other community-based organizations will host a Second Chance Workforce Webinar intended for justice-involved job seekers and justice advocates (ie. probation officers) in the Austin Metro Area. This webinar will rotate between community agencies and will include featured justice-friendly training providers and fair chance employers hiring in our region.
